What is RasoiExpress?
RasoiExpress is India's first zero-commission food ordering platform that connects customers directly with restaurants, home cooks, cafeterias, and takeaways. Unlike traditional food delivery apps that charge 15-30% commission, we operate on a 0% commission model, ensuring better prices for customers and higher profits for food partners.
How is RasoiExpress different from other food delivery apps?
The main difference is our zero-commission model:

Which areas do you serve?
We currently operate in select cities across India and are rapidly expanding. You can check available partners in your area by entering your location on our homepage. Each partner has their own delivery zones, which are clearly mentioned on their profile page.
Ordering Questions
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Create an account or log in
- Browse partners in your area
- Select items and add them to your cart
- Review your order and delivery details
- Choose your payment method (Cash on Delivery or UPI)
- Confirm your order
- Track your order in real-time
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is accepted by the partner, modifications may not be possible as food preparation begins immediately. However, you can try contacting the partner directly through the order tracking page. For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy question below.
What is the minimum order amount?
Each partner sets their own minimum order amount, which varies by location and type of food business. The minimum order amount is clearly displayed on each partner's page before you place an order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders before they are accepted by the partner. Once a partner accepts and starts preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Frequent cancellations may affect your trustworthiness score and ability to place future orders. Please only place orders you intend to receive.
What is the trustworthiness score?
The trustworthiness score is a system that helps maintain platform integrity:
- Increases with: Successful order completions, good payment behavior, account verification
- Decreases with: Frequent cancellations, payment issues, partner complaints
- Purpose: Helps partners assess order reliability and protects the platform from misuse
- Impact: Users with very low scores may face order restrictions
Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives
- UPI: Pay the delivery person via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Do prices include taxes?
This depends on the partner. Some partners include GST in their menu prices (inclusive pricing), while others add GST separately (exclusive pricing). The pricing structure is clearly mentioned on each partner's page, and your final bill will show all charges before you confirm the order.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges! What you see in your cart is what you pay. The final amount includes:
- Food items at menu prices
- Any applicable discounts
- GST (if applicable)
How do refunds work?
Since we currently support Cash on Delivery and UPI to delivery person, refunds are handled directly between you and the partner. If there's an issue with your order, please contact the partner immediately. For serious issues, you can reach out to our support team who will mediate the resolution.
Delivery Questions
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by partner and location, typically ranging from 30-60 minutes. Each partner displays their average delivery time on their profile. You can track your order in real-time through the order tracking page, which shows the current status (accepted, preparing, out for delivery, etc.).
Who delivers my order?
Partners manage their own delivery operations. This could be the partner's own delivery staff or a third-party delivery service they work with. This model keeps costs lower and gives partners control over the delivery experience.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order status through:
- The "My Orders" page on the website
- Real-time status updates showing: New → Accepted → Ready → Out for Delivery → Delivered
- SMS notifications at key stages (if enabled)
What if my order is delayed or wrong?
If there's an issue with your order:
- Contact the partner immediately through the order page
- Take photos of any issues with the food or packaging
- If unresolved, contact RasoiExpress support
- Report through the rating and review system
Account Questions
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple:
- Click on "Register" in the top menu
- Enter your phone number and basic details
- Verify your phone number with OTP
- Complete your profile with delivery address
- Start ordering!
Is my personal information safe?
Yes! We take data security seriously:
- Passwords are encrypted using SHA-256 hashing
- Personal information is stored securely
- We never share your data with third parties without consent
- We comply with Indian data protection laws
How do I update my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address:
- Go to "My Profile" from the account menu
- Update your address details
- Save changes
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team at info@rasoiexpress.com or calling +91 9545410696. We'll process your request within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

How do I become a partner?
To become a partner:
- Call us at +91 9545410696
- Visit our Partner Registration page
- Submit required documents (FSSAI license, business registration, etc.)
- Complete verification process (2-3 business days)
- Set up your menu and start receiving orders
What are the requirements to partner?
Basic requirements include:
- Valid FSSAI (Food Safety) license
- Business registration (GST/Shop Act)
- PAN card and bank account details
- Clean kitchen and quality food preparation
- Ability to manage order fulfillment and delivery
Is there really no commission?
Yes! RasoiExpress operates on a 0% commission model. We don't charge you anything for orders placed through our platform. This is our commitment to supporting local food businesses and keeping food affordable for customers. You keep 100% of your revenue.
How do I access the partner dashboard?
After your partner account is approved:
- Visit the Partner Login page
- Enter your username and password (provided during onboarding)
- Access your dashboard to manage orders, menu, and settings
