1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RasoiExpress! By accessing or using our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

- "Platform" refers to the RasoiExpress website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
- "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including customers and partners.
- "Partner" refers to restaurants, home cooks, cafeterias, and takeaways registered on our Platform.
- "Services" refers to the food ordering and delivery facilitation services provided through the Platform.
- "Order" refers to a food purchase request placed through the Platform.
3. User Eligibility
To use RasoiExpress, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Not be previously suspended or removed from the Platform
4. User Account
4.1 Registration
To place orders, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
- Do not share your account credentials with others
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through RasoiExpress:
- You make an offer to purchase food items from the selected Partner
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance by the Partner
- Partners have the right to accept or reject orders at their discretion
- All orders are subject to availability of items
5.2 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including:
- Food items and quantities
- Delivery address and contact information
- Special instructions or dietary requirements
- Payment method selection
5.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Once an order is accepted by a Partner, modifications may not be possible
- Cancellation policies vary by Partner and order status
- Cancellations may affect your trustworthiness score
- Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Prices
- All prices are set by Partners and displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices include or exclude GST as indicated by the Partner
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Any applicable discounts will be clearly displayed
6.2 Payment Methods
RasoiExpress accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI payment to delivery person
6.3 Zero Commission Model
RasoiExpress operates on a zero-commission model. We do not charge Partners any commission on orders, which helps keep prices lower for customers. However, we may charge a nominal platform fee in the future with advance notice.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Service
- Delivery services are provided by Partners or their designated delivery personnel
- RasoiExpress facilitates the connection but does not directly provide delivery services
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on various factors
- Partners determine their own delivery areas and minimum order amounts
7.2 Delivery Issues
In case of delivery issues:
- Contact the Partner directly through the order tracking page
- Report issues to RasoiExpress support if unresolved
- We will work with Partners to resolve delivery problems
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
- Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm Partners or other users
- Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes without valid reason
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
9. Trustworthiness Score
RasoiExpress maintains a trustworthiness score system for users based on:
- Successful order completions
- Order cancellations
- Partner feedback and flags
- Payment behavior
Users with low trustworthiness scores may face restrictions including order limitations or account suspension. This system helps maintain platform integrity and protects Partners.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of RasoiExpress or its Partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content
- Use Platform content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
11. Disclaimers
11.1 Platform "As Is"
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Platform availability, reliability, or functionality
- Accuracy or completeness of information
- Quality, safety, or legality of food items
- Conduct or reliability of Partners
11.2 Third-Party Services
RasoiExpress is a platform that facilitates connections between customers and Partners. We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, preparation, or safety
- Actions or omissions of Partners or delivery personnel
- Disputes between users and Partners
- Food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health issues
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RasoiExpress shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Food-borne illnesses or health issues
- Delivery delays or failures
- Partner conduct or service quality
- Loss or theft during delivery
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RasoiExpress, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your conduct or actions on the Platform
14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
